تنطبق هذه الشروط على موقع شدة وتطبيقاتها على الهاتف. يعتمد الوصول إلى الميزات على ضوابط المنصة والحساب والطاولة. باستخدام الخدمة، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.

الخدمة التي تقدمها شدة

توفّر شدّة ألعابًا اجتماعية وعملات وهدايا واشتراكات وفعاليات افتراضية حيث تتاح. تسري قواعد الفعالية المعروضة قبل التسجيل عليها. الجوائز عناصر افتراضية داخل التطبيق، ولا توفّر شدّة جوائز نقدية أو تحويلًا للجوائز الافتراضية إلى مال. ولا يقيّد ذلك حقوق استرداد المشتريات.

الحسابات واللعب كضيف

حافظ على سرية بيانات الدخول واستخدم اسمًا وصورة يحق لك استعمالهما. أنت مسؤول عن النشاط عبر حسابك. يستخدم اللعب كضيف جلسة محفوظة في المتصفح أو على الجهاز؛ وقد يمنعك مسحها من استعادة تقدم الضيف. يستخدم الدخول عبر طرف ثالث المزود المختار وSupabase Auth كما توضح سياسة الخصوصية. إزالة اتصال المزود لا تحذف بذاتها حساب شدة أو بياناته المخزنة؛ راجع حذف الحساب.

اللعب النزيه والسلوك

تتطلب الدردشة النصية والصوتية تاريخ ميلاد مقدّمًا يبيّن عمر 18 سنة أو أكثر. ولا تتاح الدردشة دون تاريخ صالح. قدّم معلومات عمر صحيحة ولا تتجاوز القيد. لا يتحقق هذا الفحص من الهوية. وتحدد ضوابط المنصة وصاحب الطاولة أيضًا الوصول إلى الدردشة.

يُمنع الغش أو استغلال الأخطاء البرمجية أو تعطيل استخدام الآخرين للخدمة أو انتحال شخصية الغير أو مضايقة اللاعبين أو تهديدهم أو نشر مواد غير قانونية أو خاصة أو تشغيل برامج آلية لتعطيل الطاولات أو محاولة الوصول إلى حساب أو بيانات شخص آخر. استخدم اسماً وصورة مناسبين للعب الجماعي.

الملفات وسجلات اللعب

تشمل قواعد السلوك الدردشة العامة ودردشة الأصدقاء والطاولة والصوت والملفات والصور المرفوعة. لا تضايق الآخرين أو تهددهم أو تستغل القاصرين أو تطلب محتوى جنسيًا أو تشارك معلومات شخص آخر الخاصة أو تستخدم التواصل للاحتيال أو النشاط غير القانوني. غادر المحادثات غير الآمنة واستخدم بلاغات اللاعبين أو support@shadeh.fun. يخفي الحظر الاجتماعي رسائل المرسل المحظور في الدردشة العامة ودردشة الأصدقاء؛ ويتحكم أصحاب الطاولات بصورة منفصلة في دردشة الطاولة والدخول إليها. لا يمحو الحظر النسخ التي وصلت بالفعل.

تُصفّى الكلمات المطابقة في الدردشة النصية، وتُفحص صور الملف المرفوعة لفئات محددة من المحتوى غير المقبول. قد تفوت الفحوص الآلية إساءة أو ترفض محتوى مقبولًا. يستطيع المضيف إدارة المشاركة النصية والصوتية بالطاولة. لا تضمن هذه الأدوات مراقبة بشرية مستمرة. وقد يحفظ المشاركون الرسائل أو يسجلون ما يسمعونه.

تحتفظ بحقوق المحتوى الذي ترسله، بما فيه اسمك الظاهر واسم المستخدم وصورة ملفك الشخصي. يجب أن تملك المحتوى أو حقوق استخدامه ومشاركته، وأي موافقات لازمة من الأشخاص الظاهرين فيه. لا تقدم محتوى ينتهك حقوق النشر أو خصوصية الغير، أو يكشف معلومات خاصة بشخص آخر دون إذنه، أو يتضمن مواد غير قانونية أو كراهية أو تهديداً أو محتوى جنسياً صريحاً أو إساءة.

تمنح شدة إذناً غير حصري ودون رسوم لتخزين محتوى ملفك واستضافته ونسخه وعرضه، بما في ذلك عبر مزودي الخدمة، بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها فقط. ويشمل ذلك عرضه للاعبين وإتاحة الصور المرفوعة عبر روابط عامة، كما توضح سياسة الخصوصية. يستمر الإذن ما دمنا نحتاج إلى المحتوى لهذه الأغراض، بما يشمل الاحتفاظ الموضح في تلك السياسة، ولا ينقل ملكية المحتوى إلينا.

نحفظ حركات اللعب والنتائج والنقاط وحالة المباراة لتشغيل الطاولات واستعادتها وعرض السجل والإحصاءات والحفاظ على نزاهة اللعب. يمكن للآخرين رؤية حقول الملف العامة والصور المنشورة كما توضح سياسة الخصوصية؛ ولا يجعل ذلك بريد الحساب أو تاريخ الميلاد الخاص علنيًا. تجنب تقديم معلومات حساسة في الحقول العامة. قد تبقى النسخ التي حفظها الآخرون بعد تغيير ملفك أو حذف حسابك.

العملات والقسائم والمشتريات

يمكن شراء العملات أو كسبها حيث تتاح. وهي وحدات استخدام داخل التطبيق وليست نقودًا أو ودائع أو استثمارًا، ولا تُسحب نقدًا. تتيح ميزة تحويل العملات للأصدقاء المسجلين إرسال العملات وفق الأرصدة وضوابط الخدمة. ولا يجعل التحويل العملات قابلة للاستبدال بالمال أو يجيز تداولها خارج المنصة. الهدايا عناصر رقمية، ولا ينقل إرسالها رصيدًا قابلًا للاسترداد النقدي. القسائم لا تنتهي صلاحيتها، وتغطي كل قسيمة كاملة 100 عملة من سعر عنصر متجر أو هدية مؤهلة. تُستخدم القسائم الكاملة أولًا ثم تدفع العملات الباقي بعد أي خصم مطبق. يتطلب السعر الأقل من 100 عملة الدفع بالعملات. لا تشتري القسائم اشتراكات أو حزم عملات، ولا تدفع رسوم الفعاليات، ولا تُحوّل أو تُسترد نقدًا. تخضع المشتريات لشروط المتجر المعني وسياسة الاسترداد.

تقدم العضويات المزايا والسعر الشهري المعروضين قبل الشراء في تطبيق الهاتف، وتتجدد تلقائيًا ما لم تُلغَ عبر Apple أو Google. راجع تأكيد الشراء لمعرفة السعر وشروط التجديد والإلغاء المطبقة. يختلف إلغاء التجديد المستقبلي عن طلب الاسترداد. أدر الاشتراك في المتجر المعني، بما في ذلك بعد حذف حساب شدة، واستخدم استعادة المشتريات للمشتريات المؤهلة. تخضع قرارات استرداد المتجر وحقوق المستهلك الإلزامية لقواعد المتجر والقانون المطبق.

جوائز الطاولات التي يمولها المالك

حيث تُفعّل الميزة، يمكن لمالك طاولة لعب جماعي عادية تقديم جائزة ثابتة بالعملات الافتراضية لكل مباراة. يُحجز المبلغ من رصيد عملات المالك قبل بدء المباراة، ولا تموله القسائم. لا يحصل المالك أو اللاعبون الآليون على هذا المبلغ. يتقاسمه اللاعبون الآخرون المؤهلون وفق التوزيع المختار: الأعلى ترتيبًا بين المؤهلين، أو الأول والثاني بنسبة 75/25، أو الثلاثة الأوائل بنسبة 60/30/10، أو بالتساوي. يتغير التوزيع بحسب عدد المستحقين، ويتقاسم المتعادلون الجوائز المعنية، وتُوزع بواقي العملات الكاملة حسب الترتيب. تتطلب الجوائز اكتمال المباراة ونجاح التسوية. تعود العملات المحجوزة غير المصروفة إلى المالك عند التسوية؛ وتُحرر المبالغ المحجوزة أيضًا عبر معالجة فشل البدء أو حذف الطاولة. لا يعني الانقطاع وحده اكتمال استحقاق الجائزة أو رد المبلغ فورًا. تختلف هذه الجوائز عن رسوم وجوائز المسابقات والبطولات، ولا تُستبدل نقدًا.

المسابقات وبطولات المنصة

تُقام بطولات المنصة كل ساعة أو يومياً أو أسبوعياً أو شهرياً، وتحتسب الانتصارات التي يتحقق منها الخادم في مباريات تركس وطرنيب العادية المؤهلة التي تبدأ بعد التسجيل وتنتهي ضمن الفترة. لا تتطلب مباراة خاصة بالبطولة، ولا تُحتسب نتائج طاولات المسابقات. تلي كل بطولة ساعية مدتها ساعة استراحة لمدة ساعة. يحسب الخادم المواعيد، ويتطلب التسجيل تمويلاً مستقلاً وكافياً للجوائز. تعرض التفاصيل العد التنازلي ورسوم الدخول ومجموع الجوائز الثابت والمراكز المستحقة.

يلزم حساب مسجل ومشاركة نشطة واحدة لكل حساب في الفعالية. تتيح البطولات العادية تسجيلًا واحدًا؛ وقد تسمح المسابقة المخصصة بتسجيل مدفوع جديد بعد انسحاب مؤهل ورد الرسوم ما دام الدخول مفتوحًا. لا تؤهل المشاركة المكتملة أو المنتهية بالخسارة بسبب الانسحاب لهذا التسجيل الجديد. يبقى التسجيل مفتوحاً قبل البطولة وأثناءها حتى نهايتها، ويمكن الانسحاب قبل البداية فقط. توضح تفاصيل الفعالية إن كان الدخول مجانيًا أو يتطلب عملات؛ ولا تدفع القسائم رسوم الدخول. تُحجز الجوائز المعلنة بصورة مستقلة عن رسوم المشاركين؛ ولا تزيد الرسوم الجوائز ولا تصبح دخلًا للمنظم.

يمنح كل فوز مكتمل يتحقق منه الخادم نقطة ترتيب واحدة، ويجب إكمال المباراة ضمن الفترة. قد يتغير المركز والجائزة المتوقعة المؤقتان. تنال المراكز الأعلى الجوائز الأكبر المعلنة، ويتقاسم المتعادلون جوائز المراكز التي يشغلونها، بما فيها آخر مركز مستحق، بعملات كاملة. لا توجد جائزة ترتيب متوقعة دون فوز. تحدد التسوية النهائية المدفوعات.

تُصرف جوائز البطولات عند نهاية الفترة. قد تعتمد المسابقات الأخرى صرفًا فوريًا معلنًا من المنصة أو مراجعة مدتها 72 ساعة. قد يؤخر تعليق مراجعة موثق التسوية. لا تبيح مؤشرات التواطؤ الآلية وحدها مصادرة الأرصدة؛ وتُراجع البلاغات والقرارات وتوثّق.

يحصل غير الفائز مرة واحدة لكل فعالية على قسيمة لكل 100 عملة دخول مع رد الباقي؛ فمثلًا تعيد رسوم 110 عملات قسيمة واحدة و10 عملات. يعيد الانسحاب المؤهل العملات الأصلية وفق قواعد الانسحاب الخاصة بالفعالية. يرد الإلغاء أو نقص المشاركين أو انقطاع المنصة غير القابل للاستعادة رسوم الدخول بالعملات الأصلية دون عكس الجوائز المصروفة. وقد تبقى التعويضات السابقة لتجنب عكس مزايا استُخدمت.

في طاولات المسابقات، أعد الاتصال خلال 120 ثانية بعد الانقطاع. أما المباريات العادية المحتسبة في ترتيب البطولات فتخضع لقواعد إعادة الاتصال المعتادة لطاولاتها. لا يمنح الغياب أو الانسحاب من مباراة صالحة فوزًا. يُحظر الغش والتواطؤ ومشاركة الحسابات والتلاعب بالنتائج. لا تؤثر زيادات الخبرة المدفوعة على ترتيب البطولة أو جوائزها. أبلغ عن إساءة مشتبه بها من الفعالية أو عبر support@shadeh.fun.

تنشئ شدّة البطولات وتمولها. وتتطلب المسابقات التي يمولها اللاعب للعبة محددة، حيث تتاح، اشتراك برو أو إيليت. يتيح برو إنشاء 3 مسودات في الشهر التقويمي بتوقيت UTC، بما فيها الملغاة؛ ولا حد شهري لإيليت. ويخضع كلاهما لحد 10 فعاليات نشطة. لا يشارك المنظم اللاعب في فعاليته ولا يحصل على عمولة تنظيم.

لا ترعى Apple أو Google فعاليات شدّة ولا تديرانها ولا تشاركان في جوائزها. لا يعني توفر فعالية اعتمادًا قانونيًا أو شهادة دينية. تواصل مع شدّة بشأن التشغيل أو النتائج أو النزاعات، مع بقاء حقوق المستهلك القانونية محفوظة.

البلاغات وحذف الحساب

استخدم أدوات الإبلاغ عن اللاعبين حيث تتاح أو راسل support@shadeh.fun للإبلاغ عن محتوى مسيء أو منتهك للحقوق. أرفق اسم المستخدم أو رابط الصورة وتفاصيل الطاولة أو الفعالية والوقت التقريبي والسبب والأدلة المتاحة. في بلاغات الحقوق، وضّح حقك في المادة وطريقة التواصل معك. لا ترسل بلاغات كاذبة أو مسيئة أو كلمات مرور أو معلومات حساسة غير ضرورية. لا يضمن البلاغ نتيجة معينة؛ تواصل مع الدعم للاعتراض على تقييد أو لتوضيح السياق.

يمكنك طلب حذف الحساب من الملف ← الحساب أو بمراسلة support@shadeh.fun. يزيل الحذف الناجح بيانات الملف المرتبطة بالحساب والتفضيلات والإحصاءات والعملات وملكية البطاقات. قد تبقى بعض سجلات اللعب والفوترة والتدقيق ومراجع الصور كما توضّح سياسة الخصوصية وتعليمات الحذف. يجب إدارة اشتراكات المتاجر منفصلًا في المتجر المعني.

التوفر وتطبيق الشروط

قد نحدّث الخدمة أو نعلّق ميزات أو نزيلها للمحافظة على التشغيل، وقد نقيّد الوصول عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو تهديد الخدمة أو اللاعبين. يعتمد اللعب عبر الإنترنت على الشبكات ومزودي الاستضافة، لذلك لا نضمن توفراً متواصلاً بلا انقطاع. قد نحذف محتوى مسيئاً من الملف الشخصي أو نغلق حساباً بعد مراجعة البلاغ.

البرمجيات والملكية الفكرية

تخضع شدة وعلامتها وبرمجياتها الأصلية للحماية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية المطبقة. وتظل برمجيات الأطراف الثالثة وخطوطها ورسومها خاضعة لتراخيصها المعنية. لا تنقل هذه الشروط ملكية شدة أو مكونات الأطراف الثالثة إليك.

إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها

تقدم شدة لأغراض الترفيه بحسب التوفر. وبالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو فقدان تقدم اللعب أو الانقطاعات التي تسببها الشبكات أو مزودو الخدمات. لا تحد هذه الشروط من الحقوق أو وسائل الانتصاف التي لا يجوز تقييدها قانوناً.

التغييرات والتواصل

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط مع تطور الخدمة. تعرض هذه الصفحة الشروط الحالية وتاريخ تحديثها. لا يجيز تحديث الشروط بذاته استخدامًا جديدًا للبيانات الشخصية؛ ويجب الحصول بصورة منفصلة على أي موافقة يتطلبها القانون المعمول به. للأسئلة أو للإبلاغ عن مشكلة، راسل support@shadeh.fun.

Terms of Service

These terms apply to Shadeh’s website and mobile apps. Feature access depends on platform, account and table controls. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

What Shadeh provides

Shadeh provides social online games, virtual coins, gifts, memberships and events where available. Event rules shown before registration govern that event. Rewards are virtual in-app items; Shadeh offers no cash prizes or cash redemption. This does not limit purchase refund rights.

Accounts and guests

Keep your sign-in details secure and provide a display name and profile image you are entitled to use. You are responsible for activity through your account. Guest play uses a session stored in your browser or on your device; clearing that session can prevent you from recovering guest progress. Third-party sign-in uses the selected provider and Supabase Auth as described in our Privacy Policy. Removing a provider connection does not itself delete your Shadeh account or stored data; see Delete account.

Fair play and conduct

Text and voice chat require a supplied date of birth showing age 18 or over. Without a valid date, chat is unavailable. Give accurate age information and do not bypass the restriction. This check does not verify identity. Platform and table-host controls also determine chat access.

Do not cheat, exploit a bug, interfere with another player’s use of the service, impersonate someone, harass or threaten people, publish unlawful or private material, automate play to disrupt tables, or attempt to access another person’s account or data. Use a display name and avatar that are appropriate for a shared game.

Profiles and game records

These conduct rules cover global, friends and table chat, voice, profiles and uploaded images. Do not harass, threaten, exploit minors, solicit sexual content, share another person’s private information or use communication for scams or unlawful activity. Leave unsafe conversations and use player-report controls or support@shadeh.fun. Social blocking hides blocked senders in global/friends chat; table hosts separately control table chat and access. Blocking does not erase copies already received.

Matched words are filtered in text chat, and uploaded profile images are screened for selected objectionable-content categories. Automated checks can miss abuse or reject acceptable content. Hosts can manage table text/voice participation. These tools do not guarantee continuous human monitoring. Other participants can save messages or record what they hear.

You retain your rights to the content you submit, including your display name, username, and profile image. You must own that content or have the rights and any necessary consent from people depicted to use and share it. Do not submit content that infringes copyright, violates someone's privacy, includes another person's private information without permission, or is unlawful, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or abusive.

You grant Shadeh non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, host, reproduce, and display your profile content, including through service providers, only as needed to operate and protect the service. This includes displaying it to players and making stored profile images available at public image URLs, as explained in our Privacy Policy. This permission lasts while we need the content for those purposes, including any retention described in that policy, and does not transfer ownership of your content.

We store game actions, results, scores, and match state to run tables, restore matches, show history and statistics, and maintain fair play. Public profile fields and published images can be seen by others as explained in our Privacy Policy; this does not make your account email or private date of birth public. Avoid submitting sensitive information in public fields. Copies saved by other people may remain after you change your profile or delete your account.

Coins, vouchers and purchases

Coins may be purchased or earned where offered. They are licensed in-app units, not money, deposits or an investment, and cannot be cashed out. The coin-transfer feature lets registered friends send coins, subject to balances and service controls. Transfers do not make coins redeemable for money or authorize off-platform trading. Gifts are digital items; sending one does not transfer a redeemable balance. Vouchers have no expiry and each whole voucher covers 100 coins of an eligible store-item or gift price. Whole vouchers are used first, then coins pay the remainder, after any applicable discount. A price below 100 coins needs coins. Vouchers cannot buy memberships or coin packs, pay event entry, be transferred, or be redeemed for cash. Purchases remain subject to the relevant store terms and our Refund Policy.

Memberships provide the benefits and monthly price shown before purchase in the mobile app and renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple or Google. Review the purchase confirmation for the applicable price, renewal and cancellation terms. Cancelling future renewal is different from requesting a refund. Manage subscriptions in the corresponding store, including after you delete your Shadeh account; use Restore Purchases for eligible store purchases. Store refund decisions and mandatory consumer rights remain subject to the applicable store rules and law.

Owner-funded table rewards

Where enabled, an ordinary multiplayer table owner can offer a fixed virtual-coin reward for each match. The pool is reserved from the owner’s coin balance before that match starts; vouchers do not fund it. The owner and bots do not receive this pool. Eligible other players share it by the selected rule: highest-ranked eligible player, top two (75/25), top three (60/30/10), or equal shares. Fewer eligible recipients change the applicable shares, ties share the affected awards, and whole-coin remainders are allocated by rank. Rewards require a completed match and successful settlement. Unused reserved coins return to the owner at settlement; reserved pools are also released through failed-start or table-deletion cleanup. An interruption does not itself establish a completed reward or an immediate refund. These ordinary table pools are separate from competition/tournament entry charges and rewards, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Competitions and platform tournaments

Platform tournaments run hourly, daily, weekly or monthly and count server-verified wins from regular eligible Trix and Tarneeb games started after registration and completed within the period. No dedicated tournament match is required. Competition-table results do not count. Hourly tournaments run for one hour followed by a one-hour break. Schedules are calculated by the server; registration requires sufficient independent sponsorship. The details show the countdown, entry, fixed reward pool and rewarded places.

A registered account is required. An account may hold one active entry per event. Regular tournaments permit one registration; a dedicated competition may allow a new paid registration after an eligible withdrawal and refund while entry remains open. A completed or forfeited entry does not qualify for that re-entry. Tournament registration stays open before and during the event until its end time; withdrawal is available only before the start. The event details show whether entry is free or requires coins; vouchers cannot pay entry. The announced prize obligation is reserved independently of entry receipts; entry receipts do not increase prizes or become organizer income.

Each server-verified completed win earns one ranking point. Matches must finish within the event period. Provisional place and expected reward can change. Higher places receive the published larger rewards; tied players share the scheduled prizes covered by their tied places, including a tie at the cutoff, in whole coins. Players without a win have no expected ranked reward. Final event settlement governs payouts.

Tournament prizes are released at period end. Other competitions may use an announced immediate platform payout or a 72-hour review. A documented moderation hold may delay settlement. Automated collusion flags alone do not authorize confiscating balances; reports and decisions are reviewed and recorded.

A non-winning entrant receives one voucher for every 100 entry coins plus the remaining coins, once per event. For example, 110 entry coins return 1 voucher and 10 coins. An eligible withdrawal returns the original entry coins under the event's withdrawal rules. Cancellation, insufficient entrants or an unrecoverable platform interruption refunds entry in original coins; already issued rewards are not reversed. Previously issued compensation may remain where needed to avoid reversing spent benefits.

In competition tables, reconnect within 120 seconds after a disconnect. Regular games counted toward tournament rankings use their ordinary table reconnect rules. Missing or forfeiting a valid match cannot earn a win. Cheating, collusion, shared accounts and manipulating results are prohibited. Paid XP boosts do not affect tournament ranking or prizes. Report suspected abuse through the event report action or support@shadeh.fun.

Tournaments are created and sponsored by Shadeh. Player-sponsored single-game competitions, where offered, require Pro or Elite membership. Pro allows 3 draft creations per UTC calendar month, including cancelled drafts; Elite has no monthly quota. Both have a limit of 10 active events. A player sponsor cannot enter their own event or receive a hosting commission.

Apple and Google do not sponsor or administer Shadeh events and are not involved in their prizes. Availability of an event is not a representation of legal approval or religious certification. Contact Shadeh about event operation, results or disputes; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Reports and account deletion

Use available player-report controls or email support@shadeh.fun to report abusive or infringing content. Include the username or image URL, table or event details, approximate time, reason and relevant evidence where possible. For a rights complaint, explain your rights to the material and how we can contact you. Do not send false or abusive reports, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. A report does not guarantee a particular outcome; contact support if you need to contest a restriction or explain relevant context.

You can request account deletion from Profile → Account or by emailing support@shadeh.fun. Successful deletion removes account-linked profile data, preferences, statistics, coins, and card ownership. Some game, billing and audit records and image references may remain, as explained in our Privacy Policy and deletion instructions. Store subscriptions must be managed separately in the relevant store.

Availability and enforcement

We may update, suspend, or remove features to maintain the service, and may restrict access when an account or activity violates these terms or threatens the service or its players. Online play depends on network and hosting services, so uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. We may remove abusive profile content or close an account after reviewing a report.

Software and intellectual property

Shadeh and its original branding and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party software, fonts and artwork remain subject to their applicable licenses. These terms do not transfer ownership of Shadeh or third-party components to you.

Disclaimers and liability

Shadeh is provided for entertainment and is supplied as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost progress, or interruptions caused by networks or third-party providers. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves. This page shows the current terms and update date.
