توضح هذه السياسة كيفية تعامل موقع شدة وتطبيقاتها على الهاتف مع معلوماتك. تعتمد بعض الميزات على ضوابط المنصة والحساب والطاولة. وتوضح الأقسام التالية ما يحدث عند استخدام الميزات المتاحة، ومن يتلقى المعلومات وكيف تمارس خياراتك.

المعلومات التي نجمعها

الحساب والملف: البريد الإلكتروني ومعرّفات الدخول والجلسات، والاسم واسم المستخدم والدولة أو المنطقة والصورة أو الغلاف والجنس والمنطقة الزمنية والنبذة والحالة والألعاب المفضلة والروابط الاجتماعية واللغة والإعدادات. تعالج Supabase Auth الدخول بالبريد وكلمة المرور. ويمكن أن توفر Google وApple وDiscord وTwitch معلومات الحساب لمسارات الدخول الخاصة بها، ومنها الاسم أو البريد أو الصورة. يُحفظ تاريخ الميلاد الذي تقدمه منفصلًا عن ملفك العام.

اللعب والمكافآت والمشتريات: الطاولات والمقاعد والحركات والرسائل والتعبيرات والمباريات المحفوظة والنتائج والإحصاءات والخبرة وتقدم الإنجازات وفتحها والعناصر الممنوحة وأرصدة المحفظة والقسائم والمقتنيات والهدايا وتحويل العملات واستحقاقات العضوية. تشمل سجلات المشتريات والمحفظة المبالغ والأسباب والتواريخ ومراجع المعاملات. وتشمل سجلات الفعاليات التسجيل والمشاركة والنتائج والانقطاعات والخسارة بالانسحاب والترتيب والجوائز والاستردادات. وتشمل إيصالات التحويلات وسجلات مخصصات الصوت بمعرّفات الحساب وتفاصيل المعاملة أو الاستخدام.

النشاط الاجتماعي والسلامة: الصداقات والحظر والكتم والحضور والدعوات وزيارات الملفات. تشمل البلاغات اللاعبين المعنيين والفئة والسبب والسياق المقدم وحالة المراجعة. وقد تشمل قيود الوصول معرّفات الحسابات وأسماء المستخدمين وعناوين IP والأسباب والإجراءات الإدارية.

تذاكر التواصل: يُرسل بريد الرد ونوع المشكلة والرسالة واللغة ومرجع الطلب ولقطة الشاشة الاختيارية عبر شدة إلى Zoho Desk لتقديم الدعم. التذاكر منفصلة عن حساب اللعب.

طلبات الاسترداد: يحفظ نموذج الموقع بريد الرد ومرجع الحساب والمنتج والشرح وحالة الطلب في Supabase، مع ربطها بالحساب إن توفر. تتاح الطلبات للحساب المقدم عند ارتباطه وللإدارة المصرح لها؛ وليست عامة.

المعلومات التقنية: معلومات الشبكة والجهاز والأمان التي تستخدمها شدة ومزودوها. تحفظ شدة للحسابات المسجلة آخر بيئة دخول تغيرت: عنوان IP المرصود ومعرّف التثبيت والمنصة أو الجهاز ونظام التشغيل وإصدار التطبيق أو المتصفح والوقت. هذه التفاصيل ليست معلومات ملف عامة.

لماذا نستخدم المعلومات

نستخدم هذه المعلومات لتوفير الدخول والتحقق من الحساب واستعادته والملفات والألعاب والميزات الاجتماعية والإشعارات والمشتريات، واستعادة المباريات وحساب الترتيب والمكافآت ومعالجة الدعم والاستردادات ومنع الإساءة والاحتيال والمعاملات المكررة وصيانة شدة وتحسينها.

ما يمكن للآخرين رؤيته

يظهر اسمك وصورتك عادةً على طاولتك، وقد تظهر الطاولات العامة وأسماء اللاعبين في الردهة. يخفي الانضمام المجهول اسمك وصورتك خلف هوية طاولة مجهولة عند دخول طاولة لاعب آخر تسمح بذلك؛ وتُظهر طاولاتك أنت هويتك. وتظل شدة تستخدم حسابك داخليًا. معرّفات الملف الأساسية واسم المستخدم والدولة وروابط الصور عامة. تتحكم خصوصية الملف في التفاصيل والإحصاءات والهدايا والإنجازات المفتوحة المعروضة بصفحة الملف، ومنها العمر بالسنوات والجنس؛ ولا تخفي المعلومات العامة الموضحة هنا. بريدك وتاريخ ميلادك الدقيق ليسا من حقول الملف العامة.

قوائم ترتيب اللعب الفردي والجماعي عامة، حتى دون تسجيل الدخول، وقد تعرض المعرّفات والأسماء والصور والمباريات والانتصارات والنقاط والمركز بغض النظر عن خصوصية الملف. ويعرض ترتيب البطولات المتاح للمستخدمين المسجلين المشاركين والمشاركة والانتصارات والمركز والمكافآت. وقد تكون معلومات الفعاليات ومعايناتها عامة؛ وتتبع انتصارات البطولات في الملف إعداد ظهوره. لا تنشر هذه العروض بريدك أو تاريخ ميلادك الدقيق أو رصيد المحفظة الخاص.

تمر الصور الشخصية والأغلفة المرفوعة بالتخزين الخاص في Supabase وفحص Sightengine قبل نشر الصور المعتمدة بروابط عامة. يستطيع أي شخص يملك رابطًا منشورًا عرض الصورة أو نسخها، حتى عندما يكون الملف أو الطاولة خاصًا. ولا يجعل تغيير خصوصية الملف تلك الروابط خاصة. قد تظهر الروابط الاجتماعية التي تضيفها في ملفك وتقود إلى خدمات خارجية؛ ولا تمنح إضافة رابط صلاحية الدخول إلى تلك الخدمة.

يسجل الوصول إلى الملف، بما فيه بعض فحوص صلاحية دردشة الأصدقاء، حسابك وآخر وقت للزيارة. يستطيع صاحب الملف رؤية هويات الزوار الأخيرين وأسمائهم وصورهم ودولتهم والوقت. قد تحتفظ إيصالات الهدايا وسجل الإشعارات بالهدية والوقت وتفاصيل المرسل المفصح عنها بعد قراءة الإشعار أو انتهائه. وتخفي الهدايا المجهولة مرسلها في هذا السجل. وتُحفظ أيضًا إيصالات تحويل العملات وإشعارات المرسل والمبلغ. هذه الإيصالات منفصلة عن رسائل الدردشة.

الدردشة النصية والصوتية والأهلية العمرية

تتطلب الدردشة النصية والصوتية تاريخ ميلاد مقدّمًا يبيّن أن العمر 18 سنة أو أكثر؛ ولا تتيح التواريخ المفقودة أو غير الصالحة الدردشة. هذا تحقق من عمر يصرّح به المستخدم، وليس تحققًا من الهوية أو ضمانًا بأن كل لاعب بالغ. يمكن للوالد أو الوصي القلق بشأن معلومات طفل التواصل عبر support@shadeh.fun للمساعدة في المراجعة أو الوصول أو الإزالة.

تصل نصوص الطاولة والتعبيرات والنتائج والإجراءات إلى المشاركين بحسب حاجة اللعب. وتصل الدردشة العامة إلى مستخدميها المؤهلين المتصلين، ودردشة الأصدقاء الخاصة إلى المرسل والصديق المؤهل المتصل. لا تملك الدردشة العامة ودردشة الأصدقاء قاعدة بيانات لسجل الرسائل على الخادم أو قائمة إرسال لغير المتصل؛ ويحتفظ التطبيق بنسخة محدودة في ذاكرة الجلسة. قد تحتفظ البلاغات وطلبات الدعم وسجلات المزودين ونسخ المستلمين بمعلومات ذات صلة بصورة منفصلة.

عند الانضمام إلى الصوت، تعالج Agora البث الصوتي ومعرّفات القناة والمشاركين لإيصال المحادثة إلى المشاركين المنضمين بالطاولة. تسجل شدة الاتصال واستخدام الدقائق لتطبيق ضوابط المشاركة ومخصصات المضيف. يعتمد الدخول والتحدث على الجلوس والعمر وإذن الميكروفون وضوابط المضيف. يمكنك كتم نفسك أو مغادرة الصوت أو سحب إذن الميكروفون. وقد يسجل المشاركون ما يسمعونه؛ فلا تفترض سرية المحادثة.

المزودون والمحتوى الخارجي

توفر Supabase المصادقة وقاعدة البيانات وتخزين الصور، وتستضيف Vercel الموقع، وتستضيف Amazon Web Services EC2 خادم اللعب الجماعي. يعالج مزودو تسجيل الدخول الذين تختارهم معلومات المصادقة. تفحص Sightengine صور الملف المرفوعة، وتعالج Zoho Desk تذاكر التواصل كما سبق. تعالج hCaptcha التابعة لشركة Intuition Machines معلومات الشبكة والجهاز والتفاعلات عند عرض اختبار لمكافحة الروبوتات في مسار حساب محمي. يقدم كل مزود خدمته وقد يعالج المعلومات أو يخزنها في دول مختلفة عن دولتك.

يستخدم تسليم الإشعارات خدمات دفع المتصفح مثل Google أو Mozilla أو Apple، أو Expo على الهاتف. قد تتضمن نقاط التسليم أو الرموز وتفاصيل الإشعار اسم المرسل ونوع الدعوة أو طلب الصداقة وتفاصيل الهدية. تعالج Apple وGoogle مشتريات متاجر الهاتف، ويعالج Microsoft Store شراء العملات في تطبيق Windows. يرسل التطبيق أدلة الشراء، ومنها معرّفات معاملات المتجر أو رموز الشراء، إلى وظيفة التحقق لدى شدة في Supabase. وتتحقق الوظيفة منها مع المتجر المعني وتستخدم مراجع الطلب والمعاملة والحساب لتسليم المشتريات وتسويتها.

تنشر مشاركة الدعوة عبر Discord اسم المضيف واللعبة ورمز الدعوة ورابط الانضمام في قناة ألعاب محددة، ويمكن لأعضائها رؤيتها. ويرسل طلب رفع الحظر عبر Discord اسم اللاعب ومعرّف الحساب واسم المستخدم وعنوان IP إلى قناة المراجعة المحددة. وقد تحتفظ Discord بهذه الرسائل بصورة منفصلة. وفي Discord Activities، تُستخدم معرّفات هوية Discord والأسماء لإنشاء حساب شدة أو ربطه ودعم المشاركة في جلسة Activity؛ ولا يطلب مسار الهوية هذا بريد Discord الإلكتروني.

يطلب الموقع بعض الخطوط مباشرة من Google Fonts، ومنها Caveat وPatrick Hand وPlaypen Sans Arabic، ويرسل معلومات طلب الشبكة مثل عنوان IP إلى خدمات خطوط Google. تستخدم معاينات ألعاب مثل تركس YouTube: وقد يتصل عرض المعاينة بـYouTube قبل الضغط على التشغيل، دون خطوة منفصلة للتحميل أو الإذن. وقد تعالج YouTube وGoogle معلومات المتصفح والجهاز والشبكة وتستخدم ملفات ارتباط أو تقنيات مشابهة وتعرض إعلانات لأغراضها الخاصة. يختلف حفظ تفضيلات المشغل عن هذه المعالجة. لا تتحكم إعدادات تحليلات شدة بإعلانات YouTube أو استخدامها للبيانات.

التحليلات وملفات الارتباط

يستخدم الموقع Google Analytics for Firebase، التي يمكنها استخدام ملفات تعريف الارتباط أو معرّفات مشابهة وجمع معلومات الجهاز والمتصفح والشبكة. يستخدم تطبيق الهاتف Firebase Analytics مع تفعيل الجمع التلقائي، بما يشمل معرّفات نسخة التطبيق ومعلومات الجهاز والتطبيق والموقع التقريبي المستنتج من الشبكة وأحداث الاستخدام والمشتريات التلقائية.

تسجل أحداث الشاشة واللعب لدينا مشاهدات الصفحات أو الشاشات ونوع اللعبة وبدء اللعب ومدة اللعب في الواجهة. يمكن ربط نشاط الحسابات المسجلة بمعرّف حساب شدة الداخلي عبر التطبيقات. وتستخدم تحليلات الهاتف أيضًا معرّف الحساب المخصص لجلسة الضيف؛ ولا يخصص الموقع معرّفات حسابات الضيوف للتحليلات. تستبعد تفاصيل هذه الأحداث اسمك وبريدك ورسائل الدردشة وحالة اللعب الخاصة. تعالج Google التحليلات بصورة منفصلة عن سجلات ألعاب شدة. تعطل إعدادات تحليلاتنا إشارات تخصيص الإعلانات، ويستبعد تكامل iOS دعم معرّف الإعلانات. لا نبيع المعلومات الشخصية أو نستخدمها للإعلان؛ ومعالجة مزودي المحتوى المضمّن موضحة أعلاه.

لا يوجد حاليًا في التطبيق تحكم مخصص لتشغيل التحليلات أو إيقافها. لا يوقف تسجيل الخروج أو حذف حساب شدة التحليلات ولا يطلب حذف سجلاتها لدى Google. تواصل معنا بشأن طلبات خصوصية التحليلات إلى جانب سجلات حساب اللعب.

تخزين الجهاز والأذونات

يحفظ تخزين المتصفح أو الجهاز الجلسات ومعرّفات الضيوف والتفضيلات. ويحفظ تطبيق الهاتف أيضًا سجلات الحساب والملف واللعب وتاريخ الميلاد المقدم والتغييرات المعلقة للمزامنة. يوقف تسجيل الخروج مزامنة الحساب لكنه لا يمحو كل البيانات المحلية. يزيل مسح بيانات التطبيق أو الموقع تلك النسخ وقد يُفقد التغييرات المعلقة؛ ولا يحذف سجلات الخادم.

صور الملف اختيارية. يفتح اختيار صورة أداة انتقاء الصور، ويطلب التقاط صورة إذن الكاميرا. ويطلب ماسح الدعوات في الهاتف إذن الكاميرا لقراءة رموز QR ويستخدم رمز الدعوة المقروء للانضمام إلى الطاولة؛ ولا يرفع صور الكاميرا. ويمكن إدخال الرمز يدويًا. تطلب الإشعارات إذن الجهاز أو المتصفح وتسجل نقطة تسليم أو رمزًا. وتتيح الإعدادات المتوفرة تعطيل التسليم أو سحب الأذونات دون محو الصور أو الإشعارات أو السجلات التي أُنشئت بالفعل.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذف الحساب

نحتفظ بمعلومات الحساب ما دام نشطًا. وتُستخدم سجلات اللعب والفعاليات والتسوية والإشراف والفوترة أيضًا للسجل والمطابقة والنزاعات ومنع الإساءة والالتزامات المطبقة. طلبات الدعم والاسترداد والسجلات لدى المزودين منفصلة عن الترتيب العام والدردشة المباشرة.

يزيل الحذف الناجح حساب الدخول والملف وتفاصيله الخاصة والتفضيلات والإحصاءات وسجلات الطاولات المستضافة والمحفظة وملكية البطاقات. يجب تسوية التزامات الفعاليات أولًا؛ وقد يمنع الخطأ إتمام الحذف. لا يلغي حذف حساب شدة اشتراكات متجري Apple وGoogle؛ أدرها في المتجر المعني. راجع حذف الحساب لمسارات الحساب والدعم.

تبقى بعض المعلومات الشخصية في السجلات المحتفظ بها بعد الحذف. فقد تحتفظ نسخ اللعب والطاولات المحفوظة بالأسماء أو المعرّفات أو مراجع الصور. وقد تبقى سجلات الفوترة والمحفظة بعد إزالة روابط الحساب؛ ولا يجعل حذف الرابط كل سجل مجهول الهوية. وقد تحتفظ طلبات الاسترداد بالبريد ومرجع الحساب والشرح اللذين أدخلتهما. تواصل معنا بشأن هذه السجلات أو تذاكر الدعم المنفصلة.

نحاول إزالة الصور الشخصية والأغلفة المرفوعة بعد حذف الحساب، لكن قد تبقى ملفات قديمة أو نسخ مؤقتة أو نسخ لدى المزودين أو الآخرين. ولا يمحو حذف الحساب من الخادم تلقائيًا جلسات الضيوف المحلية أو نسخ حساب الهاتف أو التغييرات المعلقة. تواصل معنا بشأن صورة قديمة متاحة أو معلومات شخصية أخرى محتفظ بها.

خياراتك وطلبات الخصوصية

يمكنك تعديل ملفك واختيار صورة مدمجة وإزالة الدولة أو المنطقة. تتحكم إعدادات الخصوصية في تفاصيل الملف والحضور الاجتماعي، لا في الترتيب العام أو روابط الصور أو المشاركة وحالة الاتصال داخل الطاولة. ويتحكم الانضمام المجهول في هويتك العامة على الطاولة كما سبق. تتيح حماية الحساب عرض الجلسات وإلغاءها وتسجيل خروج الجلسات الأخرى. قد تظل رموز الوصول الحالية سارية حتى انتهاء مدتها؛ ولا تحذف أدوات الجلسات الحسابات أو البيانات المخزنة.

يشمل تنزيل JSON من قسم الحساب بيانات الحساب والملف وتاريخ الميلاد المقدم والإعدادات وسجل اللعب والإحصاءات والمفضلة والخبرة واللعب الفردي ومشاركات الفعاليات وانتصاراتها والمحفظة والقسائم والمقتنيات والمشتريات والاشتراكات والهدايا المستلمة. ولا يشمل كل الفئات، مثل الزوار والبلاغات أو بيانات الدعم والتحليلات لدى المزودين. تواصل معنا للمعلومات غير المشمولة. ويوضح حذف الحساب حذف الحساب وإنهاء جلسة الضيف.

لطلب الوصول أو التصحيح أو الحذف أو تقديم طلب خصوصية آخر، راسل support@shadeh.fun. استخدم بريد حسابك إن أمكن واذكر اسم المستخدم أو الاسم وطريقة الدخول وطلبك. إذا تعذّر الوصول إلى ذلك البريد، وضّح الأمر وقدّم عنوانًا للرد للتحقق من الملكية. لا ترسل كلمات المرور أو رموز التحقق أو الوصول أو تفاصيل البطاقات أو وثائق الهوية في رسالتك الأولى.

لا تقتصر حقوقك القانونية المطبقة على أدوات التطبيق. حيث يمنحها القانون، يمكنك طلب نسخة قابلة للنقل أو تقييد المعالجة أو الاعتراض عليها أو سحب الموافقة أو الشكوى إلى جهة الخصوصية المختصة. لا يلغي السحب المعالجة القانونية السابقة، وقد تبقى معلومات لازمة لالتزامات قانونية أو نزاعات.

الأمان وتحديثات السياسة

نستخدم المصادقة وقيود الوصول لعمليات الحساب الخاصة، لكن لا نضمن الأمان المطلق. وتبقى المعلومات العامة ظاهرة كما سبق. أبلغ عن الوصول أو الإفشاء غير المصرح به المشتبه به عبر support@shadeh.fun دون إرسال كلمات مرور أو رموز. تعرض هذه الصفحة السياسة الحالية وتاريخ تحديثها.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Shadeh’s website and mobile apps handle your information. Some features depend on platform, account and table controls. The sections below explain what happens when you use the available features, who receives information and how to exercise your choices.

Information we collect

Account and profile: your email, sign-in identifiers and sessions; name, username, country or region, avatar/banner, gender, time zone, biography, status, favorite games, social links, language and settings. Supabase Auth handles email/password sign-in. Google, Apple, Discord and Twitch can provide account information for their sign-in flows, including your name, email or image. Your supplied date of birth is stored separately from your public profile.

Games, rewards and purchases: tables and seats, actions, messages and emotes, saved matches, results, statistics, XP, achievement progress/unlocks, awarded items, wallet/voucher balances, inventory, gifts, coin transfers and membership entitlements. Purchase and wallet records include amounts, reasons, dates and transaction references. Event records include registration, participation, results, disconnections, forfeits, rankings, prizes and refunds. Transfer receipts and voice-allowance records include account identifiers and transaction or usage details.

Social activity and safety: friendships, blocks, mutes, presence, invitations and profile visits. Reports include the players involved, category, reason, supplied context and review status. Access restrictions can include account identifiers, usernames, IP addresses, reasons and administrative actions.

Contact tickets: your reply email, topic, message, language, request reference and optional screenshot are sent through Shadeh to Zoho Desk for support. Tickets are separate from your game account.

Refund requests: the website form stores your reply email, account reference, product, explanation and request status in Supabase, linked to your account where available. Requests are available to the submitting account where linked and authorized administration; they are not public.

Technical information: network, device and security information used by Shadeh and its providers. For registered accounts, Shadeh keeps the latest changed sign-in environment: observed IP address, installation identifier, platform/device, operating system, app/browser version and time. These details are not public profile information.

Why we use information

We use this information to provide sign-in and account verification/recovery, profiles, games, social features, notifications and purchases; restore matches; calculate rankings/rewards; handle support and refunds; prevent abuse, fraud and duplicate transactions; and maintain and improve Shadeh.

What other people can see

Your name and avatar normally appear at your table, and public tables and player names can appear in the lobby. Anonymous joining hides your name/avatar behind an anonymous table identity at another player’s table that permits it; your own tables show your identity. Shadeh still uses your account internally. Basic profile identifiers, username, country and image URLs are public. Profile visibility controls the details, statistics, gifts and unlocked achievements shown on the profile page, including age in years and gender. It does not hide the public information described here. Your email and exact date of birth are not public profile fields.

Solo and multiplayer leaderboards are public, including without sign-in, and can show identifiers, names, images, games, wins, points and position regardless of profile visibility. Tournament rankings available to registered users show entrants, participation, wins, place and rewards. Event information and previews can be public; tournament wins on a profile follow profile visibility. These views do not publish your email, exact birth date or private wallet balance.

Uploaded avatars and banners pass through private Supabase storage and Sightengine image screening before approved images are published at public URLs. Anyone with a published URL can view or copy the image, including when a profile or table is private. Changing profile visibility does not make those URLs private. Social links you add can appear on your profile and lead to external services; adding a link does not authorize sign-in access to that service.

Profile access, including some friends-chat permission checks, records your account and latest visit time. The profile owner can see recent visitors’ identities, names, images, country and time. Gift receipts and notification history can retain the gift, time and disclosed sender details after the notification is read or expires. Anonymous gifts hide the sender in this history. Coin-transfer receipts and sender/amount notifications are also retained. These receipts are separate from chat messages.

Text chat, voice and age eligibility

Text and voice chat require a supplied date of birth showing age 18 or over; missing or invalid dates do not enable chat. This is a self-declared age check, not identity verification or a guarantee that every player is an adult. A parent or guardian concerned about a child’s information can contact support@shadeh.fun for review, access or removal assistance.

Table text, emotes, scores and actions go to participants as needed to play. Global chat goes to eligible connected global-chat users; private friends chat goes to the sender and eligible online friend. Global/friends chat has no server message-history database or offline queue; the app keeps a limited copy in session memory. Reports, support requests, provider logs and recipient copies can retain related information separately.

When you join voice, Agora processes audio streams and channel/participant identifiers to deliver the conversation to joined table participants. Shadeh records connection and voice-minute usage to enforce participation and the host’s allowance. Access and speaking depend on seating, age, microphone permission and host controls. You can mute yourself, leave voice or revoke microphone permission. Other participants can record what they hear; do not assume the conversation is confidential.

Providers and external content

Supabase provides authentication, database and image storage; Vercel hosts the website; Amazon Web Services EC2 hosts the multiplayer server. Chosen sign-in providers process authentication information. Sightengine screens uploaded profile images. Zoho Desk handles Contact tickets as described above. hCaptcha (Intuition Machines) processes network/device information and challenge interactions when an anti-bot challenge is shown in a protected account flow. Providers deliver their respective services and may process or store information in countries different from yours.

Push delivery uses browser push services such as Google, Mozilla or Apple, or Expo on mobile. Delivery endpoints/tokens and notification details can include sender name, invitation or friend-request type, and gift details. Apple and Google handle mobile store purchases, and the Microsoft Store handles coin purchases in the Windows app. The app sends purchase proofs, including store transaction identifiers or purchase tokens, to Shadeh’s Supabase verification function. It verifies them with the relevant store and uses order, transaction and account references to deliver and reconcile purchases.

Sharing an invitation to Discord posts the host name, game, invitation code and join link to a configured game channel, visible to its members. An unblock appeal through Discord sends player name, account identifier, username and IP address to the configured appeals channel for review. Discord may retain those messages separately. In Discord Activities, Discord identity identifiers and names create or link a Shadeh account and support participation in an Activity session; this identity flow does not request your Discord email address.

The website requests some fonts directly from Google Fonts, including Caveat, Patrick Hand and Playpen Sans Arabic, sending network request information such as IP address to Google’s font services. Game previews such as Trix use YouTube: displaying the preview can contact YouTube before you press Play, without a separate load/permission step. YouTube/Google may process browser, device and network information, use cookies or similar technologies, and display ads for their own purposes. Player preference storage is separate from that processing. Shadeh’s analytics settings do not control YouTube’s ads or data use.

Analytics and cookies

The website uses Google Analytics for Firebase, which can use cookies or similar identifiers and collect device, browser and network information. The mobile app uses Firebase Analytics with automatic collection enabled, including app-instance identifiers, device/app information, approximate location inferred from network information, and automatic usage/purchase events.

Our screen/gameplay events record page or screen views, game type, game starts and foreground play duration. Registered-account activity can be linked to your internal Shadeh account identifier across clients. Mobile analytics also uses the account identifier assigned to a guest session; the website does not assign guest account identifiers to analytics. These event details exclude your name, email, chat messages and private game state. Google processes analytics separately from Shadeh’s game records. Our analytics settings disable advertising personalization signals, and the iOS integration excludes advertising-ID support. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising; embedded providers’ processing is described above.

The app currently has no analytics-specific on/off control. Signing out or deleting a Shadeh account does not opt you out of analytics or request deletion of Google-held analytics records. Contact us about analytics privacy requests as well as game-account records.

Device storage and permissions

Browser/device storage keeps sessions, guest identifiers and preferences. The mobile app also keeps local account/profile/game records, supplied date of birth and pending changes for synchronization. Signing out stops account synchronization but does not clear all local data. Clearing app/site data removes those local copies and can discard pending changes; it does not delete server records.

Profile photos are optional. Choosing a photo opens the image picker; taking one requests camera permission. The mobile invitation scanner also requests camera permission to read QR codes and uses the decoded invitation code to join a table; it does not upload camera images. You can enter the code manually instead. Notifications request device/browser permission and register a delivery endpoint/token. Available settings can disable delivery or revoke permissions without erasing images, notifications or records already created.

Retention and account deletion

We keep account information while the account is active. Game, event, settlement, moderation and billing records are also used for history, reconciliation, disputes, abuse prevention and applicable obligations. Support/refund requests and provider-held records are separate from public rankings and live chat.

Successful account deletion removes your sign-in account, profile/private details, preferences, statistics, hosted-table records, wallet and card ownership. Event obligations must first be settled; an error can prevent completion. Deleting Shadeh does not cancel Apple/Google store subscriptions: manage those in the relevant store. Some personal information remains in retained records after deletion. Saved game/table snapshots can retain names, identifiers or image references. Billing and wallet records can remain after account links are cleared; clearing a link does not make every record anonymous. Refund requests can retain your entered email, account reference and explanation. Contact us about these records or separate support tickets.

We attempt to remove uploaded avatars and banners after account deletion, but older uploads, caches and copies held by providers or other people can remain. Local guest sessions, mobile account caches and pending changes are not automatically erased by server-account deletion. Contact us about an accessible old image or other retained personal information.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can edit your profile, choose a built-in avatar and clear your country/region. Privacy settings control profile details and social presence, not public leaderboards, image URLs or in-table participation/connection status. Anonymous joining controls your public table identity as described above. Account security lets you view or revoke sessions and sign out other sessions. Existing access tokens can remain valid until expiry; session controls do not delete accounts or stored data.

The account JSON download includes your account/profile and supplied birth date, settings, game history/statistics, favorites, XP, solo runs, event entries/wins, wallet/vouchers, inventory, purchases/subscriptions and received gifts. It does not include every category, such as visitors, reports or provider-held support/analytics data. Contact us for information outside the download. For access, correction, deletion or another privacy request, email support@shadeh.fun. Use your account email if possible and give your username/name, sign-in method and request. If you cannot access that email, explain this and provide a reply address so we can verify ownership. Do not send passwords, verification codes, access tokens, card details or identity documents in your initial message.

Your applicable legal rights are not limited to the app’s controls. Where the law provides them, you can request a portable copy, restriction or objection, withdraw consent, or complain to the competent privacy authority. Withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful processing, and information can still be required for legal obligations or disputes.

Security and policy updates

We use authentication and access restrictions for private account operations, but cannot guarantee absolute security. Public information remains visible as explained above. Report suspected unauthorized access or disclosure to support@shadeh.fun without sending passwords or tokens. This page shows the current policy and update date.
