يمكنك حذف حسابك من داخل شدة أو طلب حذفه عبر البريد الإلكتروني.

الحذف من داخل التطبيق

سجّل الدخول إلى الحساب الذي تريد حذفه. افتح الملف الشخصي ← الحساب، واختر «حذف حسابي»، واكتب DELETE، ثم اختر «الحذف نهائياً». لا يمكن التراجع عن ذلك.

طلب الحذف عبر البريد الإلكتروني

إذا تعذّر الدخول أو فضّلت التواصل معنا، راسل support@shadeh.fun بعنوان «طلب حذف بيانات شدّة». استخدم بريد حسابك إن أمكن؛ وأدرج اسم المستخدم أو اسم العرض ومزوّد الدخول (مثل Google أو Apple) وحدّد هل تريد حذف حساب شدّة كاملًا أم بيانات محددة، بما فيها صورة باقية. إذا تعذّر الوصول إلى بريد الحساب، وضّح ذلك وقدّم عنوانًا للرد. قد نحتاج إلى التحقق من الملكية قبل التنفيذ. لا ترسل كلمات مرور أو رموز وصول أو وثائق هوية في الرسالة الأولى.

ما يُحذف وما قد يبقى

يزيل الحذف الناجح حساب الدخول والملف وتفاصيله الخاصة والتفضيلات والإحصاءات وسجلات الطاولات المستضافة ومحفظة العملات وملكية البطاقات. تحاول الخدمة إزالة الصور المرفوعة. تُزال روابط الحساب من سجلات المشاركين بالمباريات المحتفظ بها، لكن المقاعد وحالة المباراة واللقطات الأخرى قد تظل تتضمن أسماء أو معرّفات أو مراجع صور. قد تبقى سجلات معاملات العملات والفوترة والفعاليات وتدقيق الإشراف، بما فيها سجلات أُزيلت روابطها بالملف؛ وهذا ليس ضمانًا لإخفاء الهوية. قد تبقى الصور القديمة وسجلات المزوّدين والنسخ الاحتياطية ونسخ التخزين المؤقت والنسخ لدى الآخرين كما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية. راسلنا بشأن المعلومات الشخصية الباقية وأدرج رابط الصورة أو تفاصيل اللعبة أو الطاولة التي يمكنك تحديدها. قد تحتفظ طلبات الاسترداد المنفصلة بالبريد ومرجع الحساب والوصف التي قدمتها بعد إزالة رابط الحساب؛ تواصل مع الدعم لطلب الوصول إليها أو حذفها.

قد يفشل الحذف إذا تعذّر إلغاء الاشتراك أو تسوية المنافسات؛ إذا ظهر خطأ فتواصل مع الدعم للمساعدة. أدر اشتراكات Apple App Store أو Google Play منفصلًا في المتجر؛ فحذف حساب شدّة لا يلغيها.

حسابات الدخول الأخرى

لا يحذف حذف حساب شدة حسابك في Google أو Apple أو Discord أو Twitch. تواصل مع شدة لطلب إزالة المعلومات التي تحتفظ بها شدة، ومع مزود الدخول بشأن حسابه أو سجلاته الخاصة.

على الموقع، يمكن للضيوف استخدام «مسح الجلسة» في قسم الحساب. في تطبيق الهاتف، استخدم «تسجيل الخروج» من قائمة التنقل الرئيسية. ويمكنك أيضًا مسح بيانات التطبيق أو الموقع المعنية على الجهاز أو المتصفح. لا يحذف إنهاء جلسة الضيف المحلية حساب الضيف أو سجلات اللعب لدى الخدمة، وقد تبقى بيانات أخرى محفوظة على الجهاز.

Delete your Shadeh account

You can delete your Shadeh account in the app or request deletion by email.

Delete in the app

Sign in to the account you want to delete. Open Profile → Account, choose “Delete my account”, type DELETE, then choose “Delete permanently”. This cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in or prefer to contact us, email support@shadeh.fun with the subject “Shadeh data deletion request”. Use your account email if available; include your username or display name, sign-in provider (for example Google or Apple), and whether you want your whole Shadeh account deleted or specific data removed, including a remaining image. If you cannot access the account email, explain this and provide a reply address. We may need to verify ownership before acting. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or identity documents in the initial email.

What is removed and what may remain

Successful deletion removes your sign-in account, profile and private profile details, preferences, statistics, hosted-table records, coin wallet, and card ownership. The service attempts to remove uploaded avatars. Retained match-player account links are cleared, but table seats, match state and other snapshots may still contain names, identifiers or image references. Coin transactions, billing, event and moderation audit records may remain, including records with profile links cleared; this is not a guarantee of anonymity. Older uploads, provider-held records, caches, and copies held by others may remain as described in our Privacy Policy. Email us about remaining personal information and include the image URL or game/table details you can identify. Separate refund requests may retain the email, account reference and description you supplied after their account link is cleared; contact support to request access or removal.

Deletion can fail if subscription cancellation or competition settlement cannot be completed; if an error appears, contact support for help. Manage Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions separately in that store; deleting a Shadeh account does not cancel them.

Your other sign-in accounts

Deleting your Shadeh account does not delete your Google, Apple, Discord or Twitch account. Contact Shadeh to request removal of information held by Shadeh, and contact the sign-in provider about its own account or records.

On the website, guests can use “Clear session” in the account section. In the mobile app, use “Log out” in the main navigation menu. You can also clear the relevant app/site data on your device or browser. Ending a local guest session does not delete the guest account or game records held by the service, and other saved device data may remain.
