Privacy Policy

Shadeh is a social platform for online card games. Trix is currently available, and additional games may be added. This policy explains what information the service uses and why.

Information we use

• Account details: email address and sign-in identifiers supplied by Supabase Auth or Google when you choose Google sign-in.
• Profile and preferences: display name, username if set, profile picture, language, card/table appearance, and other game settings.
• Game information: table visibility and seats, player actions, match state needed to resume a game, deal results, scores, and player statistics.
• Guest play: a temporary guest identifier and preferences may be stored in your browser so you can join a table. Clearing site data removes that local session.
• Technical data: service providers may process request, device, and security logs to operate and protect the service.

How we use it

We use this information to sign you in, show your profile to people at a table, run and restore matches, maintain scoreboards and statistics, remember settings, prevent abuse, and keep Shadeh secure and available.

What other players can see

Your display name and profile picture, when provided, are visible to people sharing your table. Public tables and their player names can appear in the lobby. Scores and game actions are visible to participants as needed to play and review the match.

Service providers and sharing

Shadeh uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Google when you select Google sign-in, Vercel for the web application, and Fly.io for the multiplayer server. These providers process data to deliver their services under their own terms and privacy policies. Infrastructure may process data in a country different from yours. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising. Shadeh has no wagers, cash prizes, or real-money play.

Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, Shadeh receives the account information Google shares for authentication, such as your email address, name, and profile image. We use it to create or access your Shadeh account and show your chosen profile to players at your table. Shadeh does not use Google APIs to create or distribute AI-generated intimate imagery or other AI-generated content.

Retention and deletion

Account and profile information is kept while your account is active. You may ask us to correct or delete your account data. Match records may be retained to preserve game history and fair-play records; removing an account disconnects its identity from retained match records where the database allows it. Guest identifiers remain in your browser until its site data is cleared.

Your choices and requests

You can edit profile details and game preferences in Shadeh. To request access, correction, or deletion, or to ask a privacy question, email slemanobaidat@gmail.com from the account address and include the display name you use. We may need to verify the request before acting.

Children

Shadeh is a general-audience card game and is not designed to collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided account information, contact us and we will review the request.

We may update this policy when the service changes. The current version and its update date will be posted here.
